Terms of sale

1. Purpose

These terms of sale apply to any paid subscription to the Lyane service taken out by a business customer.

2. Plans and prices

Plans and their prices are shown on the Pricing page, in euros excluding taxes. Team plan prices are per user per month.

3. Free trial

The Team plan can be tried free of charge for 14 days, without a payment method. At the end of the trial, the space returns to the Solo plan unless a subscription is taken out.

4. Subscription

The subscription is taken out online from the administration area. It takes effect on the date the first instalment is paid.

5. Payment

Subscriptions are payable in advance, monthly or yearly, by credit card or SEPA direct debit.

Any late payment incurs penalties at the statutory rate and a fixed fee of €40 for recovery costs.

6. Term and renewal

The subscription is entered into for the chosen period and renews automatically for the same term.

7. Cancellation

Customers may cancel at any time from their space; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Amounts paid are not refunded on a pro rata basis.

8. Data reversibility

For 30 days after the end of the subscription, customers can export all of their data. It is then permanently deleted.

9. Availability and support

[Company name] implements the means necessary to ensure the availability of the service. Support is available by email, and by chat for the Team plan.

10. Governing law

These terms of sale are governed by French law. Failing an amicable agreement, any dispute will be brought before the commercial court of [city]. This English version is a translation; the French version prevails.
