After signing: the meetings not to miss
A signed client is not a closed file. The key moments to nurture the relationship and prepare the next sale.
Winning a client is expensive; keeping one costs far less. Yet follow-up often stops on the day the contract is signed.
The kickoff check-in
In the two weeks that follow, make sure everything is going as planned. This is the moment to clear up a misunderstanding before it settles in.
The regular review
Every three to six months, take stock: what works, what has changed for the client, what they might need.
The renewal
Prepare it two months ahead. A new quote sent on time avoids a last-minute competitive bid.
The warning sign
A client you haven’t heard from in too long is a client at risk. Lyane flags them in your reports so you can get back in touch.
